the 30day shred is a work out video by Jillian Michaels. A few girls on other blogs had mentioned it. Its only 20 minutes long. Its intense. 3 different levels. I found it in Walmart for $9.99.

I started to say that you must be a night owl like I am 'til I realized you're in California....I'm in Georgia.
Why am I fabulous? Because my husband has been retired for almost 2 years and I haven't hurt him yet! Or how about that I somehow manage to split my 'extra' time among 3 daughters and 3 (almost 4) granddaughters while keeping up with the already mentioned retired husband....of 31 years.
I get to feel FABULOUS because I'm surrounded by awesome people. whether they be people I get to see face to face or those who are near and dear to me through the blogosphere!
