A four way tie. There are four people who gave advice but no actual name but I took their advice and came up with a name. The winners are: Katherine, Nelia, Rebecca and Cheryl. I am not sure what to do to break the tie. I will give you some clues and the first person (out of the 4 listed will win) Is that fair?
The clues are: One of the quotes on my sidebar will be used in the header(but it is not the title), umbrella, girl, rain and Barry Manilow. Ladies, start your guessing.
