Good Thing 1: I have a really nice and cute class this year. (It would be nice to have more girls though) I have good parents too. One mother will run any papers I want. I am having her do the homework packets. She has done 2 weeks worth already. One parent said he would get me a ticket to Hawaii. One parent told me today that she could volunteer in my room. Just let her know when.
Good Thing 2: I got the nicest thank-you notes from my mother and my niece McKenzie for letting them come and stay with me. It wasn't hard because it was fun and I enjoy them.

Welcome back to the school year. I am in setting up and planning this week and we start next week.
I didn't realize that you were a teacher! How awesome! One of my girlfriends is a teacher now going on her second year. I hear all the time about the parents. Not sure about this year, but I know she had a "not so good" parent last year! What grade do you teach?

Cute class!! Oh you have good moms. I used to be one of those moms. I burned out around kid #4.
I think it's great the way you take the moms up on their offers. It's so good for the kids to have their parents involved.
