Something Good Thursday

This is the cutest thank you note I have ever received. It came in the mail today from my niece McKenzie. It was for letting her and my mom come up here for a few days. The reference to the Tomba juice is about the fruit smoothies that Tom made for them. Yummy. The reason I knew what she wanted for Christmas, is because she was at the store when I bought it.While McKenzie was here we went to our favorite store. The Dollar Tree. I saw this display and a great idea came to me. I asked if I could have it. They let me have it for free. The idea was to turn it on its side and use it for shoe storage. It worked great!!!

This is a great video that my niece made for me before she left. It is so cute. She did one before when she came up in the summer.

Fabulous post! McKenzie had such a GREAT time with you and Tom. Thanks for being her pal and such a great friend and aunt. Who else would happily sleep in that tent trailer... or make numerous trips to the $ store. And yes we have heard lots about Tomba Juice - she even tried to duplicate it. We will have to keep working on our version.
Love ya,
Robin

That last paragraph on McKenzie's note looks like her Mom's writing!

So you just asked for that storage thing and they GAVE it to you!?

No one can top you as Aunt!

Love the thank you note! So cute. So great to have that kind of gratitude in a teenager!

I was just saying a few minutes ago that no one writes "thank you" notes anymore, and here's your niece writing that gorgeous, heartfelt one! What a way to bring about smiles ... :)
