I Did Not Stand In Line For This Ride- Did I?

It is possible to feel one feeling all day long?  Maybe even weeks at a time?  I will never know or at least I haven't yet.  In a day I can run the gamut of feelings.  I am all over the place.  Sometimes it is every five minutes.(I kid you not)  It has left me to wonder- is this normal?  Is it okay?  Is it me of Fragile X???

So, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself last night about all of this up and down crap stuff.  While looking for a picture to go along with my pity  post, I found the following picture.  Then that brought up a whole slew of feelings.  Guilt, shame, silly.  You name it I felt it.

I don't mean to complain.  I am really truly blessed.  I do have so much to be grateful for.  God, Jesus, my family, my faith, my friends, my country, my blogs, my Facebook account, my job.  I mean the list could go on and on.

Sometimes, I wish life could just go on and on, on a more even keel.  Any suggestions??

Even though we know we have things to be blessed about it is ok to discuss the moments we struggle with too,it is called leaning on each other. No one has a perfect life and from time to time we struggle with problems, emotions, illnesses and all sorts of stuff. We should turn to our friends and family they will help to lighten our load. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

Life throws different situations at us daily. Those situations bring about different feelings. I think life is full of hills. Parts you are going up others you go down. To me it's how we learn to handle life. Deciding what's important enought to strss over and what we need to just let go.

Sharing the ups and downs on blogs well to me that just means being real.

I think it's part of the experience, Karen. And the more I pray, the more grounded I feel.

But you already know that one..

I think this is all part of being female....God made us that way, to be emotional. Sometimes it totally leads to being an emotional "wreck"....but that goes along with it. You're not in a boat by yourself...I have "those days", too...and I know I'm blessed. Hang in there...there will be bright days, too!!!

Feelings come and go, they shift and shake and vanish in an instant--not solid ground to build on. Stake your claim on TRUTH and stay secure forever, no matter what you feel like.

I go through many different feelings on any given day too. I thought it was just me.
