A couple of weeks ago, I got a phone call from my niece Ashley(yellow sweatshirt) asking me if her mom and sister Brooke(red shirt) could come and stay with me. Are you kidding? I said yes right away. I was so excited.
I prepared the guest room for them. There are water bottles, granola bars and Costco cookies.
We went into San Fransicso and had lunch. Of course we had to get some clam chowder. It was so good.
Of course no trip to San Francisco is complete without going to Ghirardelli Square for ice cream. That alone was worth the trip.
We were able to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a beautiful day. Here is a view from the bridge.
We had a wonderful time. They can come by and surprise me anytime. Thanks for a wonderful time Robin, Ashley and Brooke.

Sounds like a marvelous place to visit. The guest room looks so fun! Wish I could come too.
I'm telling you, I just can't wait to see what you have out on the bed when we finally get to come visit you :)
I bet they loved San Francisco and you made their room to welcoming.
What fun! Looks like you showed 'em a good time, too.
=)
I'm so envious! I love San Fransisco! It looks like you all had a great time :)
How fun to have visitors you enjoy! I love San Francisco. Years ago Greg and I almost moved there as he had a job offer. But we decided not to go. I still love visiting that city though. Your friends must have had a ball too.
Blessings and love,
Debbie
Nice guest room!!
And mmm...ice cream..
How fun! What a wonderful Auntie you are. And looks like a great visit. I love when we have friends and family home...but then miss them so much after they have to leave!
Blessings & Aloha!
Thank you dear friend for stopping by my place :o) With only just my hubby and I living in our home (*sigh* empty nesters with our chickadees living in other states!)...our home has lots of extra room :o) except my hubby wonders about that, whenever I pull out all my sewing and art stuff! haha
What a nice visit. Walking across the Golden Gate Bridge would be amazing.
