Words Of The Year Instead Of A Word

Beware and hang in there as you read this. This is a little unconventional how I came up with my word of the year. I decided that my word would be ELIMINATE. Why you ask. Let me explain. The very first thing I did when I woke up on Jan. 1st was to go to the bathroom. And what is going to the bathroom? Well, it is eliminating waste from your body. I know it is weird but that is how I came up with the word. I want to eliminate junk, crap, bad etc from my life.  I want to eliminate negativity, clutter, doubt etc.  Therefore, ELIMINATE  is my word.

I couldn't find any cute pictures with the word ELIMINATE on them so I came up with the next best thing. Some quotes that  pretty much say it.

I hope that each of you had a very wonderful Christmas and that this new year will  hold many wonderful things for you and your families.

Eliminate is a great word! It's a different take, but an excellent one. Just as, at Lent, everyone thinks you have to give something up; not necessarily. You simply are expected to do something to prepare yourself for Easter, and that can sometimes mean taking something on. So you've definitely got a good word and philosophy - eliminate that which is waste, which is toxic. Happy 2013!

What a great choice!!! I'm so enjoying seeing the word that God puts on our hearts to ponder on in 2013!

Wahoo for ELIMINATION! Super word for this year. here's something i enjoy replacing negative with:
CONCIOUS MIND:
• Abundance
• Beauty
• Joy
• Everything is perfect
• Everything is how it’s meant to be
• I can create good

Happy New Year!

This kind of goes along with a quote I read yesterday....about how we should walk around our house and get rid of anything that we would not pack if we were moving!
