Happy Graditude

I have been a little sad lately but now it is time to move on.  I am really happy with life and all the blessings I have.  God has truly blessed me in my life.  Thank you so much.

I am grateful for my family. They have always been my strongest supporters and greatest fans.  They have really helped me a lot in life.  It makes me feel good knowing that they love me when they are the ones who know me so well.

I am grateful that my friend's daughter asked me to go with her and another friend last night to get ice cream and a massage.  It was an amazing night even if I felt like I was the mother taking my 2 daughters out for the evening.  LOL  If it means anything, they are both way taller than me.

I am grateful for my calling at church and the wonderful people I get to associate with there. They have all helped me to grow as a person.

I am grateful for blogging.  It has really brought a lot of joy into my life.  I have also met some very outstanding people that have enriched my life.

I am grateful for thrift stores.  The other day I got a skirt for $6 and a pair of shoes for $1.  They look fabulous on.

I am grateful for my job as a 1st grade teacher. It is hard work but well worth it.  The kids, parents and people with whom I work are all great.  This year I even got presents for Halloween. They were all so good.

Well, I could go on and on but this is a pretty good list to start.  Life is great if you just look in the right places.  If you see something you don't like, perhaps you could do something to change it.

You are happy because you have a grateful heart. You will always be blessed because you appreciate what you have.

Amen! Great post. I have been watching Joel Osteen on OWN/Oprah and his "I AM" plan for changing your life and letting God in.
