Oh Well, Here Goes

Well, I have decided to put myself out there and put every thing out on the line so to speak.  I have decided to take control of my body and do something about it.  Things are getting ridiculous.  I about passed out when I got on the scale at the doctor's office the other day.

Here are my most vital statistics.  Warning: sit down and take a sedative first.  I don't think I weighed this much when I was pregnant with my son 24 years ago.

WEIGHT: 150
BUST: 38
WAIST: 32
HIPS: 41

Okay.  Pick yourself back up off the floor and continue on.  LOL

GOAL
WEIGHT: 120
BUST: 34
WAIST: 30
HIPS: 34

Well, you have to have a plan and this is mine.  I am going to walk everyday.  Outside or on my treadmill.
I am not going to eat after 8:00 pm
I am taking raspberry ketones as recommended by Dr. Oz.

So here goes and wish me luck.  What do you all do to stay fit and trim?

Don't beat yourself up over this. You can do it. I was 216 last year and now I am 179, I still have a ways to go to my goal. Wishing you total success!

I always feel much better emotionally, spiritually, physically when I get some exercise everday and watch what I eat. Hope it does the same for you. By the way, 150 does not seem that bad to me...Mimi

Karen, you can do it! I have the same goal of 120 pounds which is what I weighed most of my adult life. I'm now at 137 and am working on it. We have a Facebook group that is private so people outside of the group cannot read what we write. If you have any interest, please email me at debbie@heartchoices.com. I've found the encouragement, challenges and recipes very helpful. But some people prefer to do it on their own. Just know that there are options.

Blessings and love,
Debbie

Good luck to you, Karen!

And by the way, I hate to admit it, but I would trade stats with you in a second!!

(And yes, I am taking control, too.)

I'll trade stats with you too! Good Luck on your journey to health. I know you can do it. I am intrigued by the raspberry ketones. I'm going to have to Google that. Any information you can/will share would be appreciated!
